Purpose of the Register

Audio recordings of phone calls with the individual

Regular Sources of Data

Data is collected from website visits and stored on the server. Strongest Group uses cookies to gather data to improve website functionality and user experience.

Customer data is collected during contact requests, phone calls, or other forms of customer interaction. It may also be collected from initiated communications by Strongest Group such as emails or phone calls.

Data may also be collected and updated from publicly available sources such as company websites, public and private registers, and data service providers.

Data Transfers and Disclosures

Personal data will not be transferred outside the EU or EEA unless required for providing a service. In such cases, Strongest Group ensures adequate data protection according to legislation, including use of EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Data may be processed by subcontractors working on behalf of Strongest Group.

Personal data may be disclosed to Strongest Group’s clients based on contractual agreements. Clients are obligated to handle the data in accordance with applicable laws and mutual agreements. Disclosed data may include: name, job title, company, call recordings, summaries of conversations, or other relevant data.

Data Retention and Deletion

Data is retained only as long as it is necessary for its intended purpose. Data may be deleted at the customer’s request or once the customer relationship has ended.

Data Security

Strongest Group strictly adheres to confidentiality obligations. Individual customer data is disclosed only by law, such as at the request of the individual or a legal authority.

Electronic data is secured according to Strongest Group’s internal data security policies. Only authorized employees and partners with personal credentials can access the register. The system is protected by firewalls and other technical safeguards.
